Our "Credit Application" is made available to you our customer. It allows us to be able to offer you special payments terms. Once we receive the completed credit application back, we will reach back out to you in a day or so with your special payment terms.
The "2024 Iowa Tax Exempt Form", only needs to be filled out if you or your company resides in Iowa. Elsewhere is exempt.
